21th of March 2017, Brussels.
Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited Brussels to meet with Juncker and freshly elected EU President Donald Dusk.
The EU aimed for a free trade deal with Tokyo.
Japanese Air Force One and Two visited Brussels.
Both Boeing 747-400 are used for overseas travel for the Government of Japan.
Emperor, Prime Minister and other high-ranking officials use both aircrafts.
With a capacity of 140 passengers this plane can also be used for emergency evacuations of Japanese citizens and overseas deployment of Japan Self-Defence Forces personnel.
Radio callsigns are Japanese Air Force One and Two for overseas travel.






25th of April 2019, Brussels (Belgium).
A EU - Japan summit was held at the Belgium capital to reaffirm their commitment to free trade and the rules-based international order.
For the first time we where able to take pictures of both brand new Boeing 777-3SB (ER)s.
Tailcodes : 80-1111 and 80-1112
They replace the former Boeing 747-47c's (see pictures above) within the Tokubetsu Koku Yusodai (Special Airlift Group), 701 Hikotai based at Chitose AFB. (JASDF)

24th of May 2017 : President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited Brussels for a NATO summit.
During his visit Erdoğan had meetings with European Commision President, Jean-Claude Juncker and European Council Donald Tusk.
Also a meeting with newly elected French President Emmanuel Macron and President of the European Parliament Antonio Tanja Schulz was planned.
Next stop was the NATO headquarters for the inauguration of the new building and a reception with other state leaders.
At the NATO headquarters, President Erdoğan scheduled meetings with British Prime Minister Theresa May and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. (and other heads of state)
Turkish Airlines is managing a VIP fleet for the government of Turkey.
When the President of the Turkish Republic is on board the call sign for this aircraft is :
"Turkish Republic One-Heavy"
Also added Gulfstream IV (91-003) from Turkish Air Force visiting Brussels Airport in January 2020.











December 2019. Visit of Sultan of Oman (Qaboos bin Said Al Said) in Belgium because of his illness. Unfortunately it was not possible to help him. He died 10th of January 2020. He was the longest serving leader in the Middle East at the time of his death.
