FINAL FAREWELL SEAKING's RS-02 & RS-04

20th of October 2021. 

Mixed feelings during this day. Happiness because they hopefully will remain flying in the UK.

Sadness because we are not able to keep them in Belgium.

Thanks to Brecht Vandecasteele and his team of volunteers (4 ex Sea King specialists added with 2 specialists from Historic Helicopters) 2 Seakings of the Belgian Air Force are sold towards Britain's Historic Helicopters.

After more than 600 man-hours to make the heli's again airworthy they left Koksijde air Base towards the UK.

RS02 (civil registration OO-SEE) & RS04 (civil registration OO-KNG) will remain flying at future airshows displaying historic aircraft.
